Job Description:
•
Manage daily restaurant operations.
•
Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met.
•
Address operational issues and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
•
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
•
Oversee staff scheduling and stock management.
Requirements:
•
Minimum SPM; 1–2 years of F&B experience is a plus.
•
Passion for F&B and delivering excellent customer service.
•
Strong leadership and communication skills.
•
Must have own transport.
•
Flexible to work within the Klang Valley.
•
Malaysian citizens or PR holders only.
